The questions we actually get, answered without marketing.

Can I machine wash a studded piece?

Yes. Inside out, laundry net, 30 degrees, no tumble dry, no ironing over the metal. Every construction passes five wash cycles and a pull test before it ships.

Will the studs scratch me or catch on things?

No. Every stud closes on a flat internal washer with a rounded back. There are no prongs anywhere in the house.

Is the hardware nickel-free?

Yes: nickel-free brass with an antique gold finish, chosen to comply with EU nickel release rules and because a lot of people react to nickel.

What does numbered edition mean?

Thirty pieces per style, each stamped with its number in the metal and logged in a registry. Returned numbers go back on sale as themselves. We never re-run a sold-out style.

What if I lose a stud?

A spare ships in every box. Beyond that, we re-set lost hardware free, for the life of the garment, for every owner. Write to hello@studandstar.com with a photo.

How do I choose a size?

Hoodies are properly oversized: usual size for the campaign look, one down for closer. Dresses run true to size. Measurements in centimetres are on the size guide, and if you are between sizes just email us.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

Worldwide. Standard EU delivery in 3 to 6 working days, UK and Switzerland 4 to 8, US and Canada 6 to 10, all tracked. Free EU shipping over 90 euro.

Can I return something?

Fourteen days from delivery, worn only to try on, spare-stud pouch unopened. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five working days of arrival.

Do you take Klarna?

Yes, plus cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Prices are set in euro and shown in your local currency at checkout where available.

Are the stars printed?

Never. Gold-thread embroidery and hand-set brass. Never printed, punched.
